Flicks 15 September – 11 November 2007 South Hill Park, Bracknell
Whilst I was traveling in Rajasthan India, curators Jaswinder Singh and Dr Outi Remes invited me to participate in the Flicks Art Exhibition. This was organised in association with Unseen Dreams and the Flicks International Film Festival. The exhibition focused on Asian and Black artists who practice in digital moving image, photography, animation, video and installation. I therefore consider it a great privilege to have been asked to be a part of this show as a white, very English woman! The images I exhibited were part of my collection from ‘Eyes of Others’, later to be exhibited at Norden Farm Centre for the Arts. It was an inspiring project and I relished collaborating with such a creative team.
